1. Acceptance
By creating an account, placing an order, or booking a table with Mysore Palace you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Mysore Palace is a single restaurant located in Karama, Dubai, UAE. Through this website you can browse our menu, place online orders for delivery or pickup, and reserve a table. Delivery may be fulfilled by us or by a third-party courier partner.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account, order, and reservation information you provide.
4. Orders & reservations
- An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept your order.
- We may reject orders for any reason, including stock-outs, closing time, or areas we do not serve.
- Estimated preparation and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Allergen and ingredient information is provided in good faith. If you have allergies, contact us directly before ordering.
- Reservations are confirmed by email or SMS. We may release a table held for more than 15 minutes past the booked time.
5. Pricing & fees
Prices are shown in AED and include applicable VAT. Delivery fees and any service charges are shown before checkout.

7. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, defraud, harass, or impersonate; do not use the service for illegal purposes; do not attempt to break or probe our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual property
The Mysore Palace name, logo, photography, recipes, and website content are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the value of the order or reservation in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
