Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order cancellations

You may cancel an order at no charge before we accept it in the kitchen. Once preparation has started, cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case based on how far the order has progressed.

2. Reservation cancellations

Table reservations can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 2 hours before the booking time through your account or by calling us at +971500000000. Large group bookings (8+) may require a deposit; deposit terms will be shared at the time of booking.

3. Refund eligibility

You are eligible for a full or partial refund if: (a) the order was not delivered, (b) items were missing or incorrect, (c) the food arrived in unsafe condition, or (d) we cancelled the order after payment.

4. How to request a refund

Open the order in your account, tap "Report a problem", and submit a complaint within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cash orders are refunded as account credit unless otherwise agreed.
